Late appointment

Appointment was 20 minutes late, no parking nearby. The building was boiling hot. no toys or books to entertain child, luckily the appointment was useful however, could of been done via phone.
Discussing treatment for depression

I had an appointment with Dr. (name removed) and he was the best experience I’ve ever had with the national health service. Despite his heavy workload, he really took his time with me to explain the intricacies of my situation and was extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Thanks to the GP’s at both Hardwick and meadowlane my general health is at an optimum considering my health problems for this I thank you all for the care I have received
being Called rude for explaining on the phone

I called in and asked for an emergency appointment as I am a tendency for my tonsils to get infected and I have also been having problems with my heart being too fast and having heart palpitations continuously. Which In my case both of these require an emergency appointment because of how aggressive I get tonsillitis and any heart problem followed with pain is an emergency and she told me that I will only be seen for one of them. The one that’s an emergency.
I said that was the point both of them are urgent I would think?
She said right there is no need to be rude
But I’m sorry I was not rude in the slightest their both things I am concerned about and your telling me only one is important. No incorrect.

You have to wait sometimes

Sometimes you have to wait to go in depending on the day and with a small child this can be a bit difficult. Maybe a few more things for children.
Staff are good

The staff are good and the doctors are very good here. You can get the consistency of the same GP if you are prepared to wait. You can always get an appointment if you need one and it helps being part of a group practice.

I am very happy with this surgery, there are lovely staff working here. They always find an appointment if I need one urgently.
The doctors and nurses here are superb

I went to a private hospital in Essex and the specialist of skin cancer said I had a freckle on my leg, the doctor at this surgery said something different and I have just had an operation to have it removed. The doctors and the nurses here are superb, I wouldn't change anything.

My doctor is very good here, I like her approach. I find making an appointment fine, I would like to see a bit more information on how often my blood pressure should be taken and other check ups.
