being Called rude for explaining on the phone

I called in and asked for an emergency appointment as I am a tendency for my tonsils to get infected and I have also been having problems with my heart being too fast and having heart palpitations continuously. Which In my case both of these require an emergency appointment because of how aggressive I get tonsillitis and any heart problem followed with pain is an emergency and she told me that I will only be seen for one of them. The one that’s an emergency. I said that was the point both of them are urgent I would think? She said right there is no need to be rude But I’m sorry I was not rude in the slightest their both things I am concerned about and your telling me only one is important. No incorrect.
