No issues

No issues at all to get appointments. I like being able to book appointments with the reception team and this has been very good, as has e-consult which has worked well when I've used it. Appointment wise there are no issues at all but I have had a few mistakes with prescriptions. Two months ago I was given another patients medication and although they were for another member of the family it was the way staff said it was their fault they got the wrong medication. Then I was given the wrong dosage rate.
