Been good today
It has been good to get an appointment today but in the recent past I have struggled to get a face to face when I felt it was needed. Today I spoke to the care navigator and was given an appointment with a doctor. When I've had telephone calls it's often been the only option offered so it is a little more difficult to negotiate the system now. I don't use any of the online options so all my contact is by phone with the care navigators.
