Given choice
I tend to phone for appointments but recently when I tried to use the appointments option on the phone rather than reception it just rang and rang so instead I waited for reception when I called back and got through ok. I called yesterday for todays appointment which was fine as it wasn't urgent but when it is I've been seen the same day and have been offered in person or telephone consultations, I like being given the choice over who to see too. The only difficulty is keeping young children occupied when appointments run behind.
