Drs are lovely

The doctors are really lovely and the receptionists and dispensary staff are wonderful and helpful. It does take some time to be able to see one specific GP but I'm confident that if I need to see someone more urgently I will be seen on the day. The changes put in place due to the building work has been a bit confusing when I'm picking up medication for different people as for some you can go to Mendlesham others you have to go to Bacton, I just need to get used to it. I do miss having face to face appointments, however having a call back and chat with the doctor has worked well.
