Mildenhall Lodge


Excellent - clean-friendly-homely

Helpful staff in all areas. Nothing is too much trouble. All the areas, café, rooms, lounge, dining room, bathrooms, cinema are of an excellent standard and the staff are so helpful and kind. Reception and the maintenance man always oblige and tend to services or repairs promptly. Gardens are well looked after and tidy. Laundry is quickly taken away and cleaned well. Just 2 areas I would recommend improving: some dinner menus are a little odd, i.e .burgers choice of today. Perhaps ok for some but mum aged 88 not brought up on burgers. Also, it is a shame the hair salon is not fully utilised, could be open more.
