Cancelled urgent hospital appointments

My epilepsy changed severity and I had to go to hospital, they put me at risk by doing that. I'm still waiting for 2 weeks before being seen.
Slow & poor service

Illness began last year and 8-months on still no diagnosis or sign of any treatment. Deterioration in health so bad I will have to go to A&E
Doctor was so patient & considerate

Dr was kind and wonderful at putting my daughter at ease to talk about her problem and reassure me as her parent - so patient and considerate.
