Collecting prescription

The staff always ask if we pay for our prescriptions as loudly as possible.
On one occasion I listened to a staff member talking to a customer and they were both vocal about their shared disgust with people on benefits getting free prescriptions.

I have contacted the pharmacist on several occasions for advice or reassurance and have never been disappointed with the service.
They just can’t cope

They advertise 72hrs for prescriptions but this is not my first time been told they don’t have my prescription ready and I have had to do without my medication. I just don’t think they are coping with the work load

After being informed i could not place my repeat prescription by the assistant because there was no pharmacist at 10 so did some shopping and tried again at 10 past 10 to be told no pharmacist yet again.
