Really great service!

I have been using the practice for some time now, for myself and family. The service is always really great and the team goes out of their way to accommodate. Always made to feel calm and treated professionally.

Was asked to pay unexpectedly

Last year I turned up to my appointment expecting to be an NHS patient but I was told on the way in that it would be £41 and then they asked me to pay up front for my next appointment. The staff and dentist are good but I really felt that I shouldn't have been put in that situation, to go private!

They could'nt find my appointment

I lost part of my filling in October 22, I phoned this dental practice and the earliest appointment they could give me was April 2023 so I took it knowing how difficult it is to get appointments with dentists these days. I phoned them up a few days before the appointment date as I had to change the date, only to find out that they had no record of my appointment and said that they could not offer me another date. I was very frustrated. I decided that I had to go private so I found one out of the area near to where a friend lives.
