Fantastic kind caring professional

The doctors and staff including pharmacy phlebotomy receptionists are kind caring and professional and friendly. This hasn’t changed even during the current pandemic

Always able to see a doctor

Never a problem getting to see either a doctor or a nurse. The receptionist are so friendly and helpful

This practice is being run badly. It seems that, at least at Nayland, Doctor is only available 3 days a week.There was no appointment available for me 1 week out. Walk in does not handle my problem, so, off to a&E for me. Crazy

I felt the that the waiting could be improved as it was a bit confusing but the actual checkup was very good.
