Frustrating!
I went onto the GP’s website, to be told there that I needed to go to the e-Consult website. I duly went to that website, only to be told it was closed and to go to my GP’s website! We are told not to phone, so how are we supposed to contact them? I gave up in the end after going backwards and forwards between the two, thinking it was something so was doing wrong. I’ve since found out quite a few others have had the same experience. In the past I’ve always been perfectly happy with their service.
