Used Accurx
In the past I have used E-Consult, which is pretty long winded. The surgery seem to be trialling Accurx and I found it much better. The first time I used it, I had phone call from my GP. Referral was made and new prescription was allocated. I do however, still feel that in relation to menopause, you do not have a proper explorative conversation. The second time I used it, it was an admin request. The good thing was that although the system was not in use for appointment requests, it still enabled me to put in an admin request. With E-Consult if it was switched off you could not access anything, so I think this system is much better.
