Difficult
Been called in today unnecessarily to discuss blood test results which were actually fine. It's been very difficult to get to see one person consistently which with long term conditions hasn't made it easy as I have very complex health needs. Only individual issues are dealt with as I see different people each time but they never look holistically at everything going on. The call back system on the phone has worked well and is more preferable than waiting on the phone. I don't feel that a complaint was really addressed when I raised it. I just received a call from a GP to sort the medication out. Nothing is joined up with communication between the hospital and surgery. It's easier to get appointments now but it hasn't helped the consistency.
