High standard of care
The care is of a high standard, the triage is handled well, talk to the GP then invited in to see them. I don't have the confidence to do the call back, it might help if they could give an expected call back time. I do find the music on the radio is too loud and can mean I miss the notification for the next patient being called. A family member struggles to use the online system due to their anxiety, they worry what they will be asked.
