Needham Market Country Practice



Generally good but difficult to get through.

My experience of this practice has been generally good. I have always been able to get an appointment on the same day of calling. Furthermore, when I have needed some advice from a doctor, a call back has always been possible. The main problem that I have experienced is getting through on the telephone. At one point, I had to redial 51 times before somebody answered and I was able to book an appointment. I have found all of the doctors friendly and my treatment has been good. I have always felt that I have had adequate time in my appointment to talk to the doctor, ask questions and be advised.
