Good but hard to get quick appointment but communications with hospital poor.

Very difficult to get a quick appointment. Having the notice to say where you are on the call list is an improvement as you know whether it's worth staying on the line, Always will do a telephone conversation. Notes are not shared well between the hospital and the surgery. You have to make sure you copy letters etc. and pass them on
