Good - appointment booking system needs review

The professionalism of all staff. All tests are completed quickly, results & feedback/explanation is very good & they fill you with confidence. Making appointments for up to 2 weeks is possible but apart from that you have to book on the day. This is difficult as if I am working I will be working by then. Getting through to book an appointment can be difficult and I have been trying to get through for up to 1.5 hours
