A long cold wait for a blood test

I knew a blood test first thing on a Monday morning wasn't ever going to be quick. And will always interfere with work. But to join a queue going out into front lobby so door was open all the time as well was also a very cold experience. Why they can't have a quicker easier way of doing this apart from long queues I don't know. and why waiting in the cold at same time as letting warm air out of the building is beyond me. Time for a shake up! Having said that, after the 45 min wait the staff were charming, welcoming, quick and efficient.
