Not very helpful

Difficult to attend a clinic in the centre of Ipswich when one lives 25 miles away and cannot drive as eyedrops will have been used!!!!
Not advised of other locations

You are given an appointment for a location but you're not initially told if there are any other locations that may be much easier for you to access. Its all done matter of factly which is not overly helpful when getting to appointments is difficult enough.
Offered a different venue

Was initially given an appointment for 8.20 in the morning in Ipswich but getting there by that time is very difficult, I was then offered an appointment at Sudbury which is easier to get to and at a later time which was great. Its good there are locations to choose from.
Great community screening service

Seen quickly, no waits like at the Eye Clinic and so much easier. Great staff.
