Excellent

Had a pacemaker fitted. I regard the whole experience as an efficient and excellent procedure. I wish my attendance could have been later than 7.30 am. I live 45 minutes away by car.. The food as usual was appalling. Recently I have had a hospital stay in Italy. Exactly the same standard & quality as in the UK. except pasta instead of potatoes. I rated the whole experience as factory-like. slick, no trimmings, fast. This is how NHS services should be !
