Reorganisation has killed continuity of care

Mental health services in Suffolk are in a mess. Too much attention on reorganisation and re-applying for existing jobs has meant many excellent professionals have left the Trust, lost long term patients and lost their team. We have sporadic, occasional and utterly useless care now - having endured multiple medication changes by a psych who doesn't know our son we keep them at arms length.
