Not treating just ticking boxes

I was under this service for many years and found in was moved for one support worker or nurse or social or therapist to the next with only two actually listening to me and having the patience to listen and build trust with me . As a service user you can tell they are pushed for funding because they appear keen to discharge even tho they haven't explored the problem just dealt with the behaviour s.
