So many wasted opportunities.

I was a patient on Poppy Ward at Woodlands for 11 weeks under ‘section’. I experienced some excellent care but feel that so many opportunities were missed. During my stay, there was a heavy reliance on agency staff, particularly at night. This often resulted in breakdowns in communication, medication errors, and a general apathy in terms of engagement with patients.
