This past year service has got worse, community nurse left post on August, not yet replaced. Consultant appointment in November cancelled to staff sickness, no rescheduled date as yet! Phone calls to chase up ever 4-6 weeks, 3 emails of complaint since beginning December , still no resolution. Staff I have spoken to appear not to know when situation will be resolved, although have been offered emergency appointment, should need arise.
