Discharge too soon

Partner in secondary mental health services and as I have worked as support worker for younger people with poor Mental health I knew how to help my partner. Soon as the service knew this and my background, they discharged them. It is wrong! I need to the help for my partner from a professional as I can only do some much and I too need a break. We were given phone numbers for MIND service- you call them and you have to pay £40 for assessment. We both cannot work as I am full time carer. We cannot afford that, and this service is given the funding to help my partner and they are failing her!
