Right to Respond

Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

  • Keep the language and tone civil
  • Don't mention personal details
  • Make it relevant to the review

Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who reads your organisation's comments, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Original feedback for

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) Recovery College

Arguably the best part of NSFT

Least beaurocratic, open minded and welcoming envionment where what helps comes before diagnosis, funding, beds, red tape and egotistical protocols. Humans were given two ears and one mouth. Many of the problems psychiatry complains about have been created by their poor practice, lack of medication compliance and 'revolving door' patients, due to not listening to a person's wishes or the pitfalls and side effects of such treatments. Not difficult people, unheard people, frustrated people. I wish a few psychiatrists would come along!
