Straight forward to access

After my GP surgery said I need an urgent blood test, but they had no appointments for more than 2weeks, they said I should book at Landseer road. They gave me no information how I could do that though. I googled it, followed a link and easily booked a slot for 2 days time. As early in the day I parked easily, used the screen to book in and reception printed off my paperwork. Appointment ran on time and Phlebotomist was quick. All was very easy to do and could fit it in before work. Building was clean although 'ceiling tiles' looked like they were a bit dodgy.
