Norwood House


Very caring staff

I visit my relative regularly and find the staff unfailingly kind and attentive to her and the other residents. Norwood has a relaxed atmosphere and comes across as being run smoothly even though I know there are times when they are under pressure due to staff absence. They are very flexible and cater to my relatives needs even though these are not the same as the average resident's needs. I always feel welcomed by the staff.
