Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital

We went with our 3 year old for an annual check at the clinic in Ivry Street, Ipswich. The professional was really good with our son, who had only just woken up from a nap. She was able to get him to talk, which is important for the test, and she was very patient.
The clinic however, is not signposted at all, so we walked up the stairs carrying a toddler, to where it said 'Reception' only to be told to go downstairs. The sign was for Physio when we were there for an 'Eye Clinic'. The building itself feels quite dirty too.
Parking is good though.
The form that we were sent said 'fill out the details on the back of this letter'. The back of the letter was blank. The professional we saw just filled out some information with us when we arrived.

Its been really good so far and they will be operating soon. The only problem is that I wil need to do 5 trips to the hospital and the only way I can get there is by using a taxi or community transport which due to the distance is expensive

Hip joint replacement is pretty traumatic but my treatment eased the stress. I regret that my lack of appetite meant that I did not do justice to the menu!

My left knee was operated on privately 5 years ago. Last year my right knee under the NHS both times by the same surgeon. Could find no difference in my level of care - excellent

I had a cataract operation which went very well. Ever since it slightly clouds over throughout the day but the optician has said that it is likely to be a blocked tear duct.

Fantastic staff, warm atmosphere and brilliant help with mental health.

for probably 30 years I Have had regular eye treatment. As I have ocular hypertension, normal pressure now accepted as 25. I have been looked after well over the whole period. Never before have I experienced the professional care experienced at NHS Ipswich - East Suffolk - 1o Fonnereau Rd, Ipswich.

Referred for the surgery by optician consultant. Was absolutely excellent and all paid for by the NHS.

Cataract Op - Nuffield. Excellent care.
