Original feedback for

Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital

Very personable towards our child

We went with our 3 year old for an annual check at the clinic in Ivry Street, Ipswich. The professional was really good with our son, who had only just woken up from a nap. She was able to get him to talk, which is important for the test, and she was very patient. The clinic however, is not signposted at all, so we walked up the stairs carrying a toddler, to where it said 'Reception' only to be told to go downstairs. The sign was for Physio when we were there for an 'Eye Clinic'. The building itself feels quite dirty too. Parking is good though. The form that we were sent said 'fill out the details on the back of this letter'. The back of the letter was blank. The professional we saw just filled out some information with us when we arrived.
