Made me feel like a burden and long delays with appointments

I have been waiting more than 30 minutes today. It would be good if there was some way in which patients could be told if there is some kind of hold up. Last time I visited to discuss contraception and their attitude made me feel as if I was a burden-that I shouldn't be there. There is a wait of two weeks for a routine appointment.
