Poor standards food cleaning environment

Clearly not an environment you want your loved one in, cleaning poor, standard food poor.
Lack staff, lack of investment frim company

Its all well bringing in good new staff if you don't give them the equipment they need some of other sights pictures are definitely not whats in the home.
Lack of specialist beds in Suffolk

There is lack of specialist beds in Suffolk for patients with Dementia/challenging behavior. The patient was sectioned for 6 months but there was no place in Suffolk so they were placed in a hospital in Northampton with wife having no say in his care. It is such a long journey to visit. Unfortunately the care in Northampton was very poor.
