lack of communication

I was told that whilst there was going to be a change to provision in the service, I would then get the new links. This did not happen and no one let me know, so I was expecting my usual appointment, but did not get it, just told that it is now not happening.
They accessed gym vouchers for me

They accessed 12 weeks worth of local gym vouchers for me, this was very helpful, I am waiting to be put into the waiting list for hip replacement and an operation for both knees. I am currently seeing physiotherapy but I have been told that my BMI needs to be 35 and I am still at 38, I have lost a lot of weight but still not enough it seems to be put on the list as there any leeway on this?
