Perfect
The surgery are responsive, friendly and helpful and I've felt very well listened to. I've had quick responses when using econsult and get called in the next day. The only things I'd change are the music on the phone when on hold as that could be better and it would be better if someone was on reception as you can wait a while for someone to appear. I have more recently seen that a little bell is a bit hidden away on the desk, but its not obvious where it is kept.
