Lost my tests

They lost my urine and blood tests whilst I was pregnant in the early stages of pregnancy. I had to have them again and then ended up unwell in hospital. I had a miscarriage and the hospital stated that there were two lots of tests on the system showing I had a water infection. I feel this could have contributed to my miscarriage and will never know. In my post natal check she clearly googled the questions to ask me to see if I was depressed. The team at the hospital were amazing. I find some staff to be very rude a the practice.
