Had to pay for treatment again

2 appointments made to have a crown. I had to book time off work and they changed it only a week before. I lost those work days in pay. When finally fitted the crown was too big which I said at the time, but the dentist said, lets just try it. It ended up having to be redone, but they did it for free. I mentioned there was a gap at the back, but this was ignored. It was hard to keep clean. Then I got an infection and was on various medication for this. In the long term I have had to have the work all re-done as the dentist there told me there was nothing else they could do. In all this has cost me over £1000. They also keep getting new dentists in that initially NHS dentists and then they go over to DentPlan. Think this is wrong as we need more NHS dentists.
