I feel well supported

I have been coming here for years, I have glaucoma and having the consistency of having the same optician is important to me, he keeps a close check on things and will send me to hospital if needed. I feel well supported. Always easy to make an appointment and the staff are good.
I wouldn't want to go anywhere else

I have been seeing the optician here for years. I was born with cataracts on both eyes, this optician seems to have a close association with the West Suffolk Hospital and they know me well. I choose to travel several miles to get here, they have always been brilliant and I would not want to go anywhere else. They give me appointments very quickly and the staff are very kind. Nothing needs to improve.

I got disillusioned with other opticians and decided to come here because I felt it would be more of an individual experience and less of a supermarket feel about it. The staff are lovely and have a nice attitude I have found them to be kind and pleasant. The optician here does everything and I like that, previously I have been passed around having one person doing eye pressure tests and someone else doing something else. The access to get an appointment was very easy, my husband came here also and was very impressed too.
