Poor value for money

Even though this is the plan I'm paying for I didn't get the scale and polish that I'm meant to get, even though my husband does with a different dentist at the same practice

They're not very honest and when I told them I thought I needed braces they told me to come back next time and that carried on so I kind of gave up. They also made it quite an awkward appointment

The last 3 times I have been my dentist has told me to come back to see if I need braces. Our appointment (my sisters's as well) had to be cancelled and changed several times.

Friendly but sometimes it was hard to understand what was being said. Dentist is really friendly.
Good but expensive

The treatment is very expensive - up to £180. I can't afford this.
