Absolutely appalling

This was so bad I have put a formal complaint in via CAB. I had an emergency appointment due to a breakdown. I saw a doctor. Knowing I was on a very tight regime (appointment of only 5 mins) I asked them if they could see a general background idea of my condition on their database? (to avoid waffling on in a limited time). The Dr told me they had 24 other patients to see before 6 O'clock and that it was the same old same with me 'dead husbands', neighbours and cats etc. They sent me on a return to work programme!!! I am and have been in work for the past two years. I am absolutely appalled. I filed a complaint and received word BUT NO APOLOGY.
