Original feedback for

Pinewood Surgery

good efficient service

I cannot get blood tests done at the surgery. Instead I have to go to the hospital. It is easy to make emergency appointments by phone. I phone and ask to see a GP. A GP then phones back to decide whether I do need to see a GP. If I do, I then get an appointment. The last time the GP diagnosed over the phone. He told me to bring a urine sample to the surgery. I did not see the GP but got a phonecall later that day to say I had a urine infection & to come and collect a prescription
