Prescription Ordering Direct



system failing

Not sure what part of this process is failing but I used to put script into the surgery and you picked up meds a few days later, never any issues. Now, I have to wait until only 7 days left and on the 7th day I go to get it and pharmacy said they only had it come in the day before so not made up yet. So the system is failing somewhere along the line. Are they sending it on day I put it in? Is GP signing it off in good time? Or is pharmacy fobbing me off? No one will tell you the truth on that.
