Prescription Ordering Direct


Very difficult getting through

Under High street practice, I now use this service which I assume is supposed to benefit patients. My use so far only is that it takes a couple of hours to get through to order, which makes things stressful as delivery is ‘up to 7 days’ but you are told you shouldn’t order until you are down to a weeks supply.
