No consistency
I last week got told I had to cal the POD by my surgery for the cream I had got from them the previous time. I was on the telephone for 20 minutes only to be told they had to contact my surgery to get the order authorised. Very confusing and no consistency. This POD was not even communicated to me until I needed the prescription again. I would have thought that if this is the new way of me getting things I would have been told before I needed to re-order it.
