Lots of frustration
Personally I have lots of frustration with the system. Working and needing to ring in at 8am is impossible for me as driving at that time. My wife has to try book on my behalf. They say there is appointments online, but there have never been any available when I look. I come into the surgery and it is empty. It feels like they operate still under Covid rules. A patient comes out and you wait for quite a while to then go in, so surely they can see more. Staff make telephone appointment calls between seeing patients.
