Who is my GP?

Who is my GP, I dont have a clue, you never see the same one twice. If you are asked at the hospital who is you GP I dont have a clue. I phone up after 2pm for some test results, the lady said phone at 8am for your results as phone appointments are all full, you need an appointment to get your lung function results so she made me a face to face appointment at 11.30 same day, I was surprised. The doctor said this could have been done over the phone why have you made an appointment! I was flabergasted, I said I didn't ask for an appointment I was told that I needed one. It seems staff and doctors need to have a bit beter communication between themselves as to what the rules are on this.
