Started out fine but gone downhill
When if first opened, RMC was a very clean and pleasant plave to visit. Behind the surgery doors, the GPs excell but it's 'front of house' where things have deteriorated. The walls are now choked with notices (surely a hygiene risk in themselves, gathering dust?), and the carpets and waiting room chairs are filthy. Why do practice managers and senior partners allow their premises to get like this? Some practice staff could also use some customer service training; a couple behave as if patients are ruining their days by attendig the surgery. Most all don't even let you finish what you're saying and will often get names/facts wrong. When dealing with potentially dangerous conditions and medications, I think this is an accident waiting to happen.
