Not very patient centred
It was the end of the day. I phoned my local GP saying 'i've got a problem' and was told to ring back tomorrow. But that's what they told me yesterday. They wanted me to ring again in the morning. Seems like they have an intractable policy - not very patient centred. I couldn't even speak to a GP on the phone. They told me i could either come to GP Plus or phone in the morning for an appointment.
