difficult

It is a massive problem getting through on the phone to even get in the call queue . Some of the receptionists are extremely helpful whilst others seem to be as difficult as possible and tell you that they can’t do things that you haven’t even asked them to do . It seems their main objective is to be obstructive . An example is that “the doctor won’t just come out and see you !” I didn’t even ask for a doctor to come out . They cannot wonder why people get so frustrated .
