Good doctors, appallingly rude receptionists
Having to call at 8am to try and get an appointment is not thought through for people who work. Often a 45min wait on phone only to get a rude receptionist who talks over you and informs you all appointments have now gone and to repeat the same process tomorrow. The doctors are ok if you can speak to them but reception staff frequently talk over you, sigh heavily or hang up mid conversation. The surgery is covered in ‘don’t do this’ notices, perhaps if they spent less time laminating signs and more time on customer care then the ratings would be higher. Pointless complaining as they do not follow-up on complaints.
